Rick and Morty season 5 starts this week with the release of the fourth episode. That should allay fans’ anxieties that the Adult Swim series is going on hiatus or splitting into two.

But when and, more importantly, where can you watch the new episode? Two excellent questions, and don’t worry, there are no decoys here: the Rick and Morty season 5 episode 4 release date, air time, and any other information you may require can be found below.

Rick and Morty is an adult animated science fiction sitcom created by Justin Roiland and Dan Harmon for Cartoon Network’s Adult Swim evening programming block. The plot revolves around the antics of sarcastic mad scientist Rick Sanchez and his good-hearted but worried grandson Morty Smith, who divide their time between household life and interdimensional adventures.

What is the plot of the show?

The comedy follows the exploits of the Smith family, which includes Jerry and Beth, their daughters Summer and Morty, and Beth’s father, Rick Sanchez, who lives with them as a guest. The family resides outside of Seattle, Washington, according to Justin Roiland. Rick and Morty’s adventures, on the other hand, take place over an endless number of realities, with the characters travelling to different worlds and universes via portals and Rick’s flying automobile.

Rick is an eccentric and drunken mad scientist who rejects many conventional norms such as school, marriage, love, and family. He frequently goes on adventures with Morty, his 14-year-old grandson, a sweet but easily irritated child whose innocent but grounded moral compass provides a counterpoint to Rick’s Machiavellian ego.

When shall episode 4 release, and where to watch it?

Rick and Morty season 5, episode 4 premieres on Adult Swim on July 11 at 11 p.m. Eastern. If Adult Swim isn’t included in your cable bundle, you can watch it through Hulu’s Live TV premium tier.

In the United Kingdom, you’ll have to wait until July 12 at 10 p.m. on E4. The episode will then be available for on-demand viewing (with advertisements) on the All 4 service.

How many episodes are expected this season?

While no formal confirmation has been provided, Rick and Morty season 5 is believed to include ten episodes. The Rick and Morty season 5 release schedule, on the other hand, has only been set for the first five episodes.
