The Twisted Metal live-action TV show series has found its lead and is waiting to be released just around the corner. Anthony Mackie Will Star in Twisted Metal TV Show, he has signed on to play the star called John Doe in the PlayStation Productions new project. He is all set to enter the nominal ring, which is post-apocalyptic vehicular combat filled with clowns and evil killers in the hope of seeing his greatest wish come true.
The movie is adapted from a video game franchise, where John Doe is a character who talks fast and is a smart-alecky milkman who has no recollection of where he has come from. John Doe gets the opportunity to have his greatest wish be granted. The only thing he has to accomplish is to deliver a package.
Once he has done that, he will have his dream of having a better life fulfilled. But, it is not that easy for him. To deliver the package, John Doe has to cross a wasteland that has been destroyed by savages and an evil clown who is in an ice cream truck and is hunting him down.

Anthony Mackie has to follow through with John Doe’s promise to deliver the package where he is cut out to battle the character famously known as Sweet Tooth for his chance at finding community.
Glen Adilman said it,
“We have been big fans of Anthony’s phenomenal body of work over the years and knew he was the only actor who could play a character as complex, funny, and compelling as John Doe”. She is the EVP of Comedy Development. She added, “Fortunately for us, he agreed.”
The series features a mixture of comedy, action, and drama, making it a wholesome experience. It also fits the theme of twisted metal, which is penned by Rhett Reese and Paul Wernick, who also wrote Deadpool, which features a high octane action comedic tone.
Without a doubt, in our heads, we can say that there is nobody else that can do better justice to the role than Anthony Mackie, which makes him a major acquisition for the makers.
Anthony Mackie has recently also starred in The Falcon and the Winter Soldier, which stars on Disney+ and he will also be leading the upcoming Captain America 4. It’s still not known who will be the rest of the cast for the Twisted Metal adaptation. Still, various news articles say Will Arnett could play opposite Mackie as Sweet Tooth, also the executive producer of the series.
