It’s finally time to scratch that dinosaur itch we’ve been attempting to scratch properly since 2018. Universal Pictures has released a Jurassic World 3 teaser trailer for the exclusive five-minute Jurassic World: Dominion preview that will be shown during IMAX screenings of F9 on Friday.
The extended look here is set millions of years ago when dinosaurs roamed the Earth freely without the presence of those pesky bipeds known as humans. It serves as a prologue to the main action of Colin Trevorrow’s trilogy capper (due next summer).

It also includes music by Michael Giacchino, who composed Jurassic World and seven new dinosaur species that were never before seen in the prehistoric franchise (life finds a way, right?). However, we immediately recognize some of the traditional suspects, such as Pterosaurs and Ankylosauruses.
Who all are the cast and the crew?
Chris Pratt, Laura Dern, Bryce Dallas Howard, Sam Neill, and Jeff Goldblum star alongside Mamoudou Athie, Scott Haze, Dichen Lachman, Daniella Pineda, Campbell Scott, Isabella Sermon, Justice Smith, Omar Sy, DeWanda Wise, and BD Wong in Jurassic World: Dominion, which Frank Marshall and Patrick Crowley produce and star Mamoudou Athie, Scott Haze Trevorrow collaborated with Emily Carmichael on the screenplay, which was based on a story by Derek Connolly and Trevorrow. Along with Trevorrow and Steven Spielberg, Alexandra Derbyshire serves as an executive producer on the film.
What is Trevorrow’s reaction to the film?
“I’ve longed to observe dinosaurs in their native habitat since I was a kid,” Trevorrow said in a statement earlier this month. “It may have taken decades, but it has now occurred thanks to the efforts of ILM, Universal, and Amblin.

This is just a sneak peek at the film we’ve created. It’s a massive celebration of everything Steven Spielberg and Michael Crichton have accomplished, and I can’t wait to show it out next summer to the rest of the world.”
What is Megan Colligan saying about it?
“We’ve missed audiences as much as they’ve missed seeing movies in our cinemas,” Megan Colligan, President of IMAX Entertainment, said.
“We are always ecstatic to display the world’s most amazing films on the world’s most spectacular screens, and to assist people create once-in-a-lifetime experiences and memories. We’re thrilled to be collaborating with Universal, Amblin, and the Jurassic World and F9 directors to bring you this remarkable and extraordinary cinematic experience.”
