Yes, you heard it right! Warner Bros is planning an anime movie in the JRR Tolkien’s popular book series ‘Lord of the Rings. The filming of the series is currently taking place in New Zealand.
The trilogies, ‘lord of the rings’ and ‘the hobbit’ are collaborating with Warner Bros in creating the anime on ‘the lord of rings- the war of the Rohirrim.’ The anime filmmaker Kenji Kamiyama is directing the whole anime series and is produced by Joseph Chou.

“This will be yet another epic portrayal of J.R.R. Tolkien’s world that has never been told before. We’re honored to partner with much of the incredible talent behind both film trilogies, along with new creative luminaries to tell this story.”, said Sam Register when he was asked about the plan out of the anime series.
